IT Support Engineer - Citrix / Windows / VMware

An IT Support Engineer with strong Citrix, Windows and ideally VMware knowledge is required by our client based in Exeter , Devon . The role would suit a Network Administrator or IT Support professional who is seeking an exciting new challenge and a salary of up to £25,000 + Benefits is offered.

--- Skills Required ---
- Strong knowledge of Citrix access gateways and terminal server support.
- Support of Active Directory and Exchange environments.
- Strong Server Support (Windows 2003 +).
- Understanding of Server Virtualisation or of working in a VMware environment is highly desirable

--- Duties ---
- Daily maintenance and support of the IT infrastructure, ensuring maximum availability
- Provide user support to all levels of the business
- Ensuring the development of the IT infrastructure and work towards ITIL standards on service delivery
---------------------------------------------------------------

In this varied role, the IT Support Engineer / Network Administrator will be responsible for maintaining, supporting and implementing IT solutions to enable the continued development of the business and a flexible and team oriented approach is required.
